01. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mindhelpa website and services at mindhelpa.com and the Ranka business software service at getranka.onrender.com, where provided by Mindhelpa Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply alongside any additional terms clearly presented when you book a consultation or subscribe to Ranka.

By using a service or accepting its terms during checkout, you agree to the provisions relevant to that service. If you are using Ranka for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.

02. Mindhelpa and Ranka are different services

Fees, cancellation arrangements and professional responsibilities differ by service. Please read the sections relevant to what you are purchasing.

03. Free mental health screening

Mindhelpa provides self-screening tools covering topics such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism traits, bipolar symptoms, burnout, cognitive health, OCD, postpartum wellbeing and substance-related concerns. Where offered, you can review results or download a report.

Screenings are informational, not diagnostic. They do not establish a diagnosis, determine fitness for work, provide personalised treatment, or replace an assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Results can be affected by the answers provided, timing, context and the limitations of screening instruments.

The screening service advertised as free does not require a Ranka subscription. We may change or improve screening features over time, while clearly communicating any change that affects a paid feature or legal right.

04. Doctor consultations and bookings

Mindhelpa also advertises separately paid consultations with a qualified doctor or psychiatrist. The consultation type, professional credentials, availability, location restrictions, price and any specific cancellation policy should be shown before a booking is confirmed.

Mindhelpa’s public pricing page currently advertises a single doctor consultation and a four-session package; the price shown at booking or checkout is the applicable price. Consultation packages are distinct from recurring Ranka subscriptions.

A healthcare professional is responsible for their own clinical judgement and any professional obligations. No particular diagnosis, prescription, treatment outcome or suitability for every patient is guaranteed. For urgent or emergency care, contact an appropriate emergency service rather than relying on a website booking.

05. What Ranka provides

Ranka helps businesses identify relevant searches, develop content plans, draft AI-assisted articles and, when a supported website is connected, publish or prepare content for publication. Some features require access to a website or publishing integration.

Features, supported platforms, publishing frequency and account limits may change with product development. We will provide reasonable notice where a material change affects a paid subscription.

06. Ranka’s three-day trial

Ranka offers an introductory three-day trial for a fee of one unit of the selected billing currency, such as $1, £1 or €1, where that offer is available. The trial fee is charged when you start the trial.

Important automatic renewal: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically at the amount displayed during checkout. The trial end date, next charge and billing frequency should be visible before you confirm payment.

The introductory fee and any applicable refund rights are subject to the checkout terms and mandatory consumer protection laws. Starting a trial does not create a subscription for Mindhelpa’s free mental health screening service.

07. Ranka subscription prices and billing

Ranka offers monthly and annual billing in supported currencies. The amounts published in Ranka’s Terms as of 13 October 2026 are shown below for transparency; the amount and currency displayed at checkout govern your purchase, subject to applicable law.

After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown during checkout. We will give advance notice of material price changes as required by law and, for Ranka, aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice before a new price applies to a renewal.

08. Cancelling subscriptions and refunds

You may cancel a Ranka subscription through Ranka → Settings → Plan and billing, using the available billing or customer portal controls, or by contacting support if the self-service option is unavailable. To avoid the first renewal charge, cancel before the three-day trial ends.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Ordinarily, access continues through the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Fees for a partially used billing period are not ordinarily refunded, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund or another remedy.

For doctor consultations or packages, the specific booking and cancellation terms shown before purchase apply, subject to your statutory rights. Contact contact@mindhelpa.com if you cannot locate the relevant terms or need assistance with a payment.

09. Accounts, acceptable use and your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Use only accounts, websites and publishing integrations you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malware, or use our services unlawfully.
• Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
• Review content and settings before making business or healthcare decisions based on automated results.
• For Ranka, comply with advertising, copyright, consumer, professional and industry-specific requirements applicable to your business.

10. AI-generated articles and search performance

Ranka uses automated systems to assist with planning and drafting content. AI-generated material may contain factual errors, outdated information, inappropriate claims or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content published for your business, or for choosing automated publication with an understanding of that responsibility.

We do not guarantee any particular Google ranking, search traffic, leads, revenue or AI-search placement. Search engine results depend on external factors beyond our control. Ranka content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

11. Content, intellectual property and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights of any third party. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use articles generated for your business through Ranka. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your content and operate the services.

Mindhelpa and Ranka names, software, website design, trademarks and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. You must not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the software except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.

12. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled across Mindhelpa and Ranka. Screening responses may contain sensitive health information, and applicable professional confidentiality duties may also govern consultations.

Ranka business customers should avoid uploading identifiable patient records or other sensitive personal data into content-generation fields unless the necessary legal arrangements and safeguards have been confirmed.

13. Availability, changes and suspension

We take reasonable steps to keep our services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or permanent availability of every feature. Maintenance, third-party outages and technical changes may affect access.

We may suspend access where necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Responsibility and legal limits

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights provided by applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user, unauthorised changes to a connected website, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Any additional limitation applying to a business subscription must be fair, lawful and consistent with the agreement presented at purchase.

These Terms do not remove any statutory rights you have in relation to paid consultations, digital services or personal data.

15. Support, disputes and complaints

For billing questions, service complaints, accessibility issues or concerns about a consultation booking, contact contact@mindhelpa.com with enough detail to identify the service and issue. Do not email full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive medical records.

Where a healthcare professional or payment provider is independently responsible for an issue, we may direct you to the appropriate contact while explaining any action we can take.

16. Governing law and your statutory rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory laws in your country provide rights that cannot be displaced. Any dispute forum or court jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the nature of your relationship with us.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

17. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services, legal requirements or business operations. The latest version will appear on this page. For material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice and explain any options available to you.
